PRICES: Prices will be those in effect at the time the order is placed and all orders will be subject to acceptance by Make Jigsaw Puzzles.
MINIMUM ORDERS: We have a $5.00 minimum order policy. All orders less than $11.00 total, including the $6.00 shipping and handling charges, will be canceled and refunded.
DELIVERY: All shipments will be made via priority mail USPS, UPS, or Best Way. Orders normally take 3 to 4 days to arrive at destination.
FREIGHT: There is a $6.00 handling, packaging, and shipping charge, per each order, sent within the United States, regardless of order size. Orders outside the US will require additional charges. There is also extra costs for overnight or express shipping.
RETURNS: No merchandise is to be returned without prior authorization. Just explain why you want to return our quality products when you contact us:

PAYMENT TERMS: Payment in the form of credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express), PayPal, or e-Check is acceptable. Our Merchant Account System is credit card and e-Check safe and secure. Note: e-Checks take about 5 business days to clear. Purchase Orders are also acceptable. A check sent by mail is OK, but products will not be shipped until the check clears our bank. DO NOT SEND CASH BY MAIL, our mail people are easily temped. Note: PayPal will accept major credit cards from non-members.
SALES TAXES: Minnesota orders will be charged the 6.875% Minnesota state sales tax and New York orders will be charged the 8.625% New York state sales tax.

PRIVACY: For each visitor to our site, our server does not recognize any information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We may only collect the e-mail address from those who communicate with us via e-mail.
